Prior to Genesis Business Advisors, LLC, Andrew worked for Carmichael & Company LLC, a merchant bank specializing in raising capital for start-up companies. As an Associate Director in Deloitte & Touche's Corporate Finance Group in New York, Andrew assisted his clients in M&A and capital raising transactions. During his fourteen years in Corporate Finance, he managed the sales process, successfully marketed his clients to potential buyers and negotiated the transaction to maximize shareholder value. Andrew holds a Masters degree in Business Administration in Finance and Economics and Bachelors degree from St. John's University.

He has been in the advisory profession for 22 years. He advises clients on financial planning, succession planning, portfolio management and business planning. Prior to forming Genesis Financial Services, he held positions with AIG/Royal Alliance, Cowan Financial Group and Shearson Lehman Brothers. Sebastian holds a Masters degree in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Finance and Economics from St. Johns University, where he has taught classes in finance and financial planning, as well as a Bachelors degree from SUNY Buffalo.

Previously, she was a Managing Partner for the Outback Steakhouse group where she was responsible for a restaurant with sales of $4+ million per year and a staff of 80 for more than a decade. Prior to that time she was employed as a Food and Beverage Supervisor with the Foodmaker group, overseeing more than fifty full service restaurants in eight states. With her extensive restaurant industry experience, Sarah is Genesis Business Advisors, LLC's resident industry expert. Ms. Keller holds a Bachelors degree from SUNY Buffalo and is currently studying for her CFP.
